I’m on the road visiting friends and family at the moment, so posting here might be lighter but I just wanted to say thanks for reading Journerdism year-round and also thanks for your support in the Online News Association board elections — if you haven’t heard, it was announced yesterday that I was elected to a two-year term. My pants were shaking like C3PO doing the stanky legg yesterday with many messages of congratulations. I’m honored to be chosen among such an elite group of forward-thinking individuals to help lead the organization. I’d also like to especially thank Robert Hernandez, Meg Martin, RJI, my campaign manager, David Cohn, for their efforts helping raise support and most of all, Matt Thompson, for his nomination and support.
