Hey gang,
I’m sorry. I thought I’d be able to catch up tonight but I’m not going to make it, I still have about 8,072 feeds to catch up on and it’s 2 a.m.
This NPPA Multimedia Immersion Seminar (I’m co-chair if you hadn’t heard) is in critical final planning/debating stages and consuming a lot of my time. That, coupled with several projects at the day job, two freelance gigs and general life stuff (trying to make sure I get out the door in the morning with deodorant, brushed teeth and pants … one of which I won’t have to worry about on Friday!). … I’m just not seeing how I’m going to pull of blogging much this week. I’ll do my best to get caught up … maybe pull an all nighter or something. But no promises. :\ Full refunds will be available at the front desk.
Keep rockin’.
Will
P. S. Until I return, check out:
- The freaking social media riot on Digg: “A Digg.com user is claiming he got the boot from Digg for posting the HD-DVD AACS Processing Key number to the popular news aggrigation and filtering site. The processing key, a string of numbers only a hacker could love, is key to unlocking copy-protected High Def movies. In other words: it’s a DMCA no-no for you to know, citizen consumer.” The rampant reposting of the code has really gotten outa hand, but this is a revolution. … or something.
- Bulk up on Multimedia Shooter Koci is the man, his last like few (hundred) posts deserve to be featured here. Just go suckle at his teat.
Do your part for No Pants Day on Friday.- Geek out on Saturday’s Free Comic Book Day.
