Man, the Chicago market continues to freak overflow with citizen journalism sites. I gotta say this effort from the Tribune isn’t the most impressive. I’m can’t put my finger on it, but ….It looks like a photoshop mock up of a drug company’s website. It doesn’t feel like a welcoming community yet. It should be interesting to watch the market and all the competition shake out. The winner will need to throw out the old journalism model and do this:
