Sorry I’ve been out of action for a week. I’m busy as a bee. It’s crunch time on the NPPA Multimedia Immersion Seminar and I have two big initiatives at work I’m quite busy with. So I’m going to be pretty slammed for the next week and a half but I’ll be back in action in June.

My former prof and homie, Rich Gordon, also pulled in over half a million bucks to help fund this sweet program training programmers to rock with a journalism swagger at Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism (my grad alma mater). The program sounds really cool (Are you allowed to get two of the same degrees from the same school?). Anyway, while your waiting for the next Journerdism update, prepare your application to Medill and get one of those juicy scholarships to one of the best j-schools in the world:

• The application deadline for entry in September 2007 or January 2008 is July 1, 2007.
• The application deadline for entry in June or September 2008 is January 15, 2008.
